My focus in consulting is in the area of ​​corporate strategy, marketing strategy, product marketing, business development and customer loyalty, which have almost exclusively influenced the years of my professional career.

The topic of customer loyalty has always fascinated me, because almost always a wrong company strategy was the cause of the problem cases. Most cases have been extremely complex and I have always appreciated and gladly accepted the extreme challenge.

Millions of leaving customers because the development of the competition was completely overslept; Massive leave due to exploited temporary monopoly; Recovery of long-neglected customers who could only be identified and retrieved by their behavior – just to name a few.

Consulting for start-ups, small and medium-sized companies

During my 15 years as a Management consultant and Managing director, I initially worked almost exclusively for large, multinational corporations in Europe, Asia and Australia. Other cultures have significantly influenced my thinking and actions. Over the years, I have developed an initially dubious sounding reputation: I became a kind of “secret weapon” for projects without any prospect of success. Often it were topics that were characterized by high complexity, because of politics seemed insoluble, short-term demand or where there was simply lack of know-how.

In recent years, I have worked increasingly for small and medium-sized companies and startups. I value the hands-on mentality as much as a much more unpolitical and pragmatic approach. That is the case for start-ups as well as for interim management jobs, consulting projects in family businesses as well as for projects in the context of acquisitions or corporate succession.
